Answer for: Things that will be gone in 20 years
#6 My youth
In 20 years I'll be pushing 50, and even if 50 is the new 30 or whatever, I'll still be on the downward slope.

Hmm. The downward slope begins to announce itself starting at about 40. But, you learn to compensate... Hey, it's better than the alternative.
(at least in my experience, that is)
downward slope begins at 40?
some days i feel at the bottom already.
Oops. Sorry. I don't want to discourage you about what lies ahead....
Do you have your reading glasses yet?
there was a problem with the sight in awkwards case already if I remember...
oh, yes, btw i did get them. apparently they look "high fashion" (according to beth) i shall perhaps update my avatar with them.
and it was just a random comment. i actually feel 17 a lot. (like when i get carded buying beer - seriously? ) it's when my son has a bad day that makes me feel old. if i live the average lifespan of most in my family i'm not even middle-aged yet!
I'm pushing 50 now, and take my advice: Don't spend the next 20 years worrying about pushing 50.
