PSA 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
JER 13:14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.

Don't forget the new testament when Jesus says he is come only to the lost tribe of Israel (Matthew 15:24). Also don't forget he told his disciples no to preach to the gentiles and the Samaritans (Matthew 10:5, Acts 16:6).
