in libraries, with free newspapers, on RL bulletin boards...
In libraries you can go the extra mile by binding the material and labelling it with it's number and 'do not borrow' tag. That way pesky librarians won't take it out. Put it in a very visible section if possible.
With the free newspapers just put them in a pile next to it. Have some nice graphics or headlines.
With bulletin boards just roam you community centre, university, school, etc and tack on a sheet. If it gets taken down put it back up.
