Bill Richardson would help bring in the Hispanic vote for him. In addition, he is the former Secretary of Energy, and god knows that we need someone with some knowledge in this area right now. He's also got a lot of experience in foreign policy and is a great negotiator, even with crazy North Korean dictators!
