They are human just like you and me they just fell in love with the same sex. It doesnt make them any less of a human being so I honestly feel that they have every right to get married and I think it is wrong to not allow then too. I am straight as an arrow but I have gay relatives so I see nothing wrong with it. It is a right just like any. Are they hurting us by getting married? I dont think so. In a hundred years who honestly is going to care that a gay couple got married or not? Let them be free to do what they want. How would you feel if your rights were takin away from you over such a silly thing?

Who is honestly going to care (as in, "mind dreadfully") now? No-one who is an enlightened person who favours liberal thinking and action towards other human beings. The Right and religious bigots will always care and they need to be tackled afresh every day. There never will be a time when liberal ideas are safe from those who believe they have the right to meddle in other people's private lives. It doesn't just go for gay issues but for every personal freedom. Controlling, rigid and moralising narrow minds are born and made in every generation. I am afraid keeping their filthy laws off our bodies is an eternal task.
