Walking out during a performance forfeits your right to be a part of that performance. I think the leader should try to smooth things over but, if the drummer wants to continue being unhappy then he can start his own band. All of this should be addressed soon so that it does not backfire on you. My verdict; Drummer had no right to throw a temper tantrum.
