Who watches the watchmen?
Yes that's an issue for some debate. It would have to be free from interference from small minded internal groups that don't see the bigger picture, or how their negative behaviour restricts development that will even affect their own future.
I have expressed else where on here, the urgent need for a united world authority, one with some power. We still have a long way to go maybe some day combined efforts will begin to inspire change, But how many will suffer in the meantime...
