Yes - and a headache - too much vibration of the skull bones - ,most unpleasant.
Goliath: sorry - no great spiritual buzz I'm afraid - just a buzz.
The tone/note/frequency you are humming will make different parts of your anatomy vibrate.
For example a lower tone "C3" on a piano will make your throat and chest vibrate. "C4 (middle C)" will make your face and nose vibrate.
The spiritual part can be added as a flavoring, and there are many flavors to choose from.
And which tone makes the lower torso vibrate? This will save my wife asking me why I´m humming different tunes in bed.
TSD66A:
Since everyones body is a different size and shape you have to experiment with frequencies.
My lower torso vibrates at Bb3 or 233.88Hz. It takes a little practice to get a strong vibration at your lower torso... but think of the practice like pouring sugar into a bowl, then shaking the bowl back and forth to compact the sugar.
Your vocal chords are muscles and with practice they can do some beautiful things.
It's not just humming though. It's ooh's and aaah's. Nnnn's and Eeee's.
"shaking the bowl back and forth to compact the sugar", "It's ooh's and aaah's"... and there was me thinking I had a dirty mind.
LMAO!
Hmmm...This is some dirty talk. This sounds like tantra breathing.
