Depending on how you see it, Magic exists. Black and White magic were once a way of distinguishing between destructive and creative acts, thoughts, and rituals.

It can easily be utilized the same way today.
Military = Black Magic
Art = White Magic

Granted, both of you. But, magic, as a recognized method of accomplishing common (or for that matter uncommon) tasks, does not exist in our world. (Or at least it doesn't in my world!) ;-)
