Answer for: It was nice knowing you
#2 Hmm, seems most of your topics turned out fine.

Not sure why you are letting one topic, with a one or two stupid answers ruin it for you (Both of which I marked irrelevant by the way). Also, if you plan on participating in internet communities, insults are just a part of it (a bad part). So while you can run from them, I'm afraid you will always be running. Point being, stick around, there are many of us who enjoyed your presence.
Anyways, cya.

Wow, that was both rude AND condescending. Which is just one more reason why I find Grupthink is not for me.
I'm currently a part of quite a few internet communities (contrary to your obvious belief), and have had no trouble dealing with people that I have either contrary opinions to, or who I just don't like. It would be nice however, if once I removed a hurtful comment from my question IT STAYED REMOVED.
Thanks. I've had more bad experiences on Grupthink in one week, than I have in five years on Livejournal. I'll just stay there.
"Wow, that was both rude AND condescending."
I'm sorry you feel that way, that was not the intent.
I don't think it was being rude Robyn, just stating facts. I think you may be a little uptight becuase of a few bad seeds. We all love you and teh input you've provided.
Please don't go.
For robyn's sake,
hopefully she hasn't abandoned this conversation yet.
BitDrifter is an asshole; he makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck! If you want to leave because of users like him, I don't blame you.
But, that said, he wasn't being rude in this case.
hahahaha damn Philip, you are a riot.
Don't be hard on Bit - As a matter of fact, I think he may be the best example of HOW to act when you run across something you disagree with here on Grupthink.
Discuss it, ignore it, rebutt it, insult it; But don't take it personally. This is just teh intarwebs, after all.
I've got my buffer zone. People need freedom of speech, but when speech starts to incite violence against other people, real or imaginary, I've got a real beef. BitDrifter has crossed this boundry in my opinon. (This may not have any thing to do with Robyn so see http://www.grupthink.com/answer/17209 .) So I don't think BitDrifter is a perfect role-model of how to act when you disagree with something.
This said I will yield to the other side with this. Reading some of Robyn's complaints now, I'll say she might be a bit too sensitive. I'm refering to: http://www.grupthink.com/poll/1705
Hey now, you brought up the support group not me =)
