Um.. maybe if you ask for it specifically at Hana or Nara. Sometimes it's just called Eel and Avolcado. Yeah, it's fucking goood. And It's even more fun when they make it look like a caterpillar; with eyes made of roe and ears made of cucumber.

Yea, I never realized why they called it a caterpillar roll. Never had a chef do the eyes.
