Answer for: Where should the ART go in the Missoula Skatepark?

Is it possible that the skatepark can be exempted from this 1% for art policy? The MSA is made up of artists and we love that this exists in Missoula...but our project is nearly 100% artistic by default and the $3000 that we need to apply to art could come in really handy somewhere else as we try to finish up this project.
