Maybe we could tumble the glass and use to cover the dirt alleys similar to what Bend,Or. did with their recycled glass. Or use to fll potholes.

Yes, I like the mulch idea. Ithink the problem in the past was the purchase of a rock tumbler and facilities to keep it. It would have to be quite large to accomodate the amount recycled. Yards would look beautiful with multi colored mulch lining the plants.
