And give every one a ballot for each day that they used an alternate transportation means.

That way we could reward more participation. And not have a situation were TOM wins everything AGAIN!!!!!

So do you propose that if a person participate each day that they would get a ballot entry for each of those days? Or are you proposing only one ballot per employee and all they need to do is participate once to get their ballot entered?
