#5 Yes, because I like to hold my music.
I seldom download, BUT:
You can manually browse through mp3s. You can't pick up mp3s. You can't open mp3s. You can't devour the sleeves of mp3s. And finally you can't display your collection of mp3s and look at it with self-satisfaction.

you can still burn them on CD and can have a burned-cd-collection, like my father does and he have over 2000 of burned CDs and some of them are too rare to be bought...
