I am so glad you posted this! I had just decided a few months ago that I must be the only person who notices/cares, and I was feeling a bit isolated about it, honestly.

Salmon, you're not alone. I wouldn't qualify it as an OCD tendency, but I am voting in that other topic. And laughing at myself for it.
Over just doesn't make sense! It's so awkward! In a public bathroom, when it's over it gets stuck on the holder and comes out wrong. UNDER is where it's at!

No, it gets stuck more often when it's under. And then you have to do the awkward manual rolling of the paper so that you can get a hold of the end. Consider there might've been 10 other people that had to do that with dooky on their hands.
