For instance, Egypt wanted Electrum and Gold from Nubia, and so invaded them.

Or, for another example, the US wanted the oil in Iraq, so we invaded them.

Well, we didn't really want the oil, we just didn't want it falling into the hands of terrorists: "They'd seize oil fields to fund their ambitions."

Yeah, Jody.. That one was my favorite! That is, right after after-the-fact reason #82522: "Sadaam funded the terrorists"; OR, that all time classic, after-the-fact reason #2355: "Because the bible tells me so"!
