Thats awsome!! .. How'd you achieve it? .. Diet?
Annual physical saw me just edge into Type 2 Diabetes; doctor said "Lose weight or die slowly." (!)
Nutritionist put me on 60 grams of carbs per meal& 1800 calories per day, and told me to walk at least a half-hour a day. She gave me a glucose meter and told me to read my blood sugar 3 times a day.
I did all of the above and commenced losing 2-3 pounds per week :-D
10 weeks later, I was pretty much at my target weight. (204 -> 170)That was in March. Since then I've maintained my weight with 2400 calories per day and walking 2-3 hours per week.
It was expensive though; I had to replace every piece of clothing I owned. Even my shoes are looser :-D
