To stay virgin or not is essentialy a personal decision. Arguments are well known ("Waiting for Mr or Ms Good" or for the opposite "Why waiting for Mr or Ms Good", mainly), so arguing is pointless.
Arguments around STD or pregnancy are, in best case, non-sense, and, in worst, fooling, because the only right advice in that matter has a name : condom.
