Have you seen his work pre-Frank? The one called "Jim"? or the work he did with Mark Martin on Tundra press, "Tantalizing Stories"? Great stuff! I have a copy of an old Smokey the Bear gov't comic that Jim illustrated.
He's an incredibly nice guy to have lived the life he's had.
I agree. I met him once in San Diego and he is a really cool dude. I even shared with him my near-death experience where I saw the face of Frank and was pulled back to the living. Jim's response: "That is not good."
True story!
