Answer for: BEST Estimate as to When the 'War on Drugs' will end?

#5 Always will be war on *some* drugs. Decriminalization...

of others should be the goal. I believe within the next 6 years significant efforts will occur to decriminalize less dangerous drugs -- both on state and federal levels. Should not be sending people to jail for drug *use* regardless.
