From Whole Foods, and are so good you can mow one down without realizing it. Later you do, of course.
whole foods are all over the place in austin. the closest one to me is about 15 miles (35 - 40 mins) away. i used to shop there a lot, but don't anymore. i stop by every three months on the way home from my son's endocrinologist appointments.
They are a little pricey. But the choices are incredible.
