Probably intersexed. Or born male, had some horrific accident (ala David Reimer) and was raised female.
And anybody who thinks she's hot - um, maybe after a dozen shots of tequila, in a *very* dim bar, from just the right angle, and you've just been released from a 10-year prison term. You might need to be legally blind as well, I'm not sure. You'd have to make sure not to touch her too much, you'd cut yourself on those sharp, sharp bones.
BTW, I'm a female-to-male transsexual, and MANY of the male-to-female TSs I've met were a hell of a lot prettier than her. She should look into "facial feminization surgery," not to mention a tracheal shave.... lol
