"Libel illy," would probably work better. "Illy" actually is in the Random House unabridged dictionary.

"Lily" is in the Merriam Webster online dictionary. (www.m-w.com)

As an adjective, it means "resembling a lily in fairness, purity, or fragility", in the case of Billo, intended to mean fragility.
