Well, the autumn thing didn't fly very far, it seems. What about the Dec 22 idea?

if we did it the within the week of dec 8-18, I could have some more unique photos

I am home (germany) fromt eh 21st of December until the 3rd of Jan... sure can take some pics then... before... sorry... busy...since this christmas will suck anyhow, it will be great to distract my mind with pictures

I can do either 12/17 or 12/18 -- the 18th might present more interesting opportunities for me, but I'll go with the grup decision on this.

I still do not understand why we ALL have to pick the SAME day... I think I can already exclude myself then... off

Proposal: Grup members take A Day In Pictures (Winter 2007) between 12/15 and 12/22. Pick the day within that time window that best suits you. This way, you can have your day on the solstice, or on a day within the previous week -- whatever works best for each individual.

For those of you who've done this before: is it better that we all post our results on the same day, or should we put 'em up as they happen?

yeah - what was i thinking?

for me though, the scenery won't be any different. just a tad bit chillier.

i submit a day when i remember!
