I'd term it Humanity actually, but Humanism seems (and sounds) better.
Humanism is all about treating someone, exactly the same way the other person would have treated you.
It gives you a better perspective when you go out to spar with someone. :) Better still, it is as close to the Zen state, the Tao, as you can get.
