and id like to know what POL is saying in his songs
me too.....maybe we need to take a spanish class at our local community college. I'd be able to take it for free since I work for the state.
that sounds like a great idea ---
i actaully picked up a couple of cds last week ....
there were a couple of places online, none really jumped out and grabbed me ..
I will have to see if they work or not ...
(i figure i can learn a new programming language in a week, why cant i learn a linguistics language ... )
Absolutely!
Before I was married I had a boyfriend whose primary language was spanish. I have forgotten a lot of spanish now ...so much that I have to pull out the dictionary...To write in spanish is not so bad but to speak it fluently can be difficult
I propose as a game that you translate it one of my songs.
Pol,
Where can I hear your song???

That is a great idea-- songs may be a real challenge due to thier nature --
I have tried running some of them through the bablefish and altavista,,,, but what comes back is quite simply non-sensical.
I think I am up for the challenge!
No Mames!
