The liver is the body's filter.. it's where all the toxins are..... ick. As a rule, I don't eat any of the organ meats.

You are so right , since I gave up putting organs in my mouth I sleep a lot better, don't actually put them anywhere , sad in a way but I get to read more and write more idiotic things like this!
