A more severe version would be cuntbag. These are all in the family of Doushebag.

I remember Styles P had a whole "Ass Bag" skit on his Gangster and a Gentleman" album. In their version, you could wear an ass-bag, which would inflate to protect you when you got knocked on your ass. Available accessories included a chin-and-chest bag, and a "diaper chin strap."
