Ok, you're right, I'm always puting my foot in my mouth. All apologies if this was out of line, but sometimes I can't help but call out the worst in mainstream. If anyone really wants to defend Free Bird, there's still plenty of space for other answers here.

Hell, I didn't even know there were other versions of Free Bird. For me it's a Lynard Skynard song and no one elses.
