my father gave it to my mother on the birthday of her.

So, this is like the radio in the airplane?

(BTW, too bad about Turkey losing to Germany in the soccer semi-finals... I was hoping the underdog would win)

no its a radio made as a tribute to an airplane radio. but I dont know the story behind the original. that line "Field Radio made for S.O.S.L. Collection" was on it so I just copied =)

(and thats not THAT bad, believe me. I like soccer, I would like to win. but I have very hysterical neighbors who are scream too loud, at least they wont scream again xDxDxD)
