Nice! I just saw something similar that looks like it's already been released. The website doesn't seem to be working right now, but it was called eeebuntu netbook remix (NBR).

I don't think it will work on my 2G... whatever though. I didn't know they had names like 'Galaxy'... I'll have to look into that.
