A problem with education? Or over-saturation with pop-culture? (meet Jay-walking in Great Britain)
Survey reveals: "Something must be completely lacking in our national education that people could be so ignorant as to think these people never actually existed.
"No doubt these other ones like Robin Hood, people mistake as being real because they have recently been featured on the TV."

Don't misunderstand... I'm not picking on Britons. Many studies have shown the ignorance of a significant portion of the American public. Just a little surprising to me that the problem has spread across the pond.
Ignorance hasn't spread, its a constant in all countries, unfortunately it seems to be somewhat more en vogue in the US
