Nowadays we are in control of our sexuality as never before. We can choose if and when to have children with little or no disruption to our love life.

There are many methods readily available to control both man and woman ability to procreate.

What is the method of contraception that you favour and why? Please explain the advantages and disadvantages of your chosen method.
