What Are Your Preferred Variable Naming Conventions in Code?

It seems that everyone has a preference when it comes to naming conventions and in some cases programmers will defend their decision to the death.

So, do you prefer variables_that_look, likeThisOne, or do-you-use OtherMethods?

If you have specific reasons, please list them.
