Florida has proposed a new license plate. Your thoughts?

In Florida we have specialty license plates for universities, manatees, endangered Florida panthers, space shuttles, service veterans, etc. Now they are proposing a new specialty license plate. It's in the image to the left. Your thoughts?

Good Idea

This will make it easier to spot the fools, and if others seeing this will cause them to let me merge into their lane I'll get one.
