When visiting Missoula, what things do you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO DO?

Someone asked me the other day, What things should I do while I'm visiting Missoula (Montana)? Having lived in here for almost my entire life, I think I might be too close to this place to provide an accurate answer. Can anyone help?
