*Boyd Bushman: Senior Researcher for Lockheed Martin and Howard Hughes.

*Galileo: Dropped a big rock and a small rock from the tower of Piza, and they both landed at the same time.

While Boyd Bushman was working as a researcher with Lockheed Martin. He took two cylindrical Neodymium magnets with a 1/4" hole bored through them. He then...
- Screwed one magnet at each end of a brass bolt, to bring the repelling sides of the magnets together
- He did the same with two pieces unto a brass bolt that were NOT magnetized.
- When he dropped both of these the NON magnetized bolt always landed first.

Wow! Any thoughts, comments, ideas, or criticisms?

Not as impressive as you think.

okay, now this is the second time you've posted a David Sereda video and i want to take a minute to straighten out a few things. Mr. Sereda seems to think that any force that counteracts gravity is "anti-gravity." unfortunately this is not the case.

at the moment, i feel it is safe to assume that you are not sitting at the center of the earth which is itself sitting at the center of the sun which is sitting at the center of the galaxy which is sitting at the center of the universe so i will continue my argument. the ground is currently counteracting all the gravity pulling on you! anti-gravity! airplanes fly in the sky! anti-gravity! a pair of magnets can be set to repulse each other! anti-gravity (since all objects with mass attract all other objects with mass)! electrons orbit around the nucleus of an atom instead of falling into it! anti-gravity!

to misquote Inigo Montoya: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means." anti-gravity would require reducing the force of gravity on an object. none of the experiments that have been presented actually do this. gravity is still pulling on all objects the same, what is different is the effects of gravity when it is counteracted by another force (the electromotive force in this case).

i really hope this helps you get a better understanding.

Umm... So you didn't think the outcome of Boyd's experiment was interesting?

Without video documentation of at least one of those experiments, I'd be tempted to label Bushman's experiment as anecdotal "evidence." He states the he performed this experiment nine times and that he simply told people to take whichever one arrives first (in their opinion at any rate) and give it to him, but they do not give any indication of how much earlier it arrived. For all we know, the nine witnesses took a vote as to which one they thought hit first.

Seems to me like this Sereda guy is a good candidate for Penn & Teller.

Theres only one way to find out... I would have to try the same experiment... but don't want to dish out $10,000 for two Neodymium magnets. I'll see if I can find an underwriter.
