Let's say you show up at your boyfriend/girl place unexpected and unannounced and discover your mate with another person, would you automatically fault your mate for cheating or would you think you partly deserved what you may have walked in on because you showed up unexpectantly?

Definitely exclusive!

yes, lets say that the couple have already decided to commit to one another and that the relationship is very exclusive, and has been for the last 4-5 months.

If I'm reading your situation correctly, you went over to your significant other's house and found them in bed with another person.

I don't know how you would construe that as your fault. You showed up unexpectedly and caught them cheating. If they really didn't want to be caught cheating, they should have gone somewhere that you would be unlikely to show up.


Also, you fail at obfuscation.
