Just to be the devil's advocate:
Religion:
-Inspiration of Art and Music
-Driving force for Civil Rights and other liberation movements (well it was where they gathered and organized)
-Donation of time, resources, and money to charity
-Source of Humor
Science:
-Weapons of Mass Destruction
-Human experimentation and exploitation
-Smug Scientists
-That asshole who cut me off at the Planetarioum

Source of humor? Is that like saying "target of satire"? Because christian-themed humor isn't exactly renowned.
Also, of course, you have to ask whether the things done were unique to either side. Religion produced charities in the past, definitely a plus to their record even if some of the charities were started for less than admirable reasons, yet religion is not required for charity.
Human experimentation was done before modern science and is still done today in non-scientific settings like certain alternative medicines. Weapons of mass destruction on the other hand could not have been achieved without science. Religion and spirituality could possibly lead to human experimentation but not the physics and engineering knowledge required to produce a nuclear weapon.
Just something to consider when tabulating the score, as it were.
Well, as I said, I was playing devil's advocate. I don't think you can truly say that you've covered an argument fairly unless you have both sides covered in both postive and negative light.
