Apparently with the technology we have today the sun would be able to power everything from cars to factories to houses 13,000 times over. makes you wonder why we still rely on fossil fuel. I saw this fact on the documentary "the 11th hour" very good i recommend viewing it if your are at all concerned with the state of things. Also the documentary went on to stipulate that with the giant leaps in wind technology wind power is now as cheaper alternative as fossil fuel.
I've not seen "The 11th Hour" but I'll watch it. (I don't know if you're new here but links to audio or video help.)
I know that humanity can be as intelligent as it is stupid. It is time to be intelligent about our energy. If we want the desire for energy to exist as a progressive one.
