If you had to live in a small, Midwestern town, what would you just NEED to be there? What services, stores, types of restaurants would make it do-able? After all, the property prices rock, especially if you can choose to live anywhere with your internets job.

Fast Internet Availability

Sorry. I don't care how much the property prices rock -- if there isn't a decent internet connection to be found, then that small town is not for me.
