Sometimes your first roll is just a disaster -- it's almost as if you stumble on the way, and everything feels completely unnatural and alien and retarded. The balls leaves your hand at like a 30-degree lateral trajectory, careening into the gutter just 10 feet out, and blasting down all the way loudly and obviously.

That's right... you don't hit a single pin.

You think you've got the ball in the pocket and instead it cuts through the pins like butter, leaving 5 or 6 still standing.
