Your watch: loose or tight?

Do you wear your wrist watch loose or tight? I'm currently receiving quite a bit of flak for liking mine loose (a metal banded watch). So, what are your preferences? Loose, tight, somewhere in between? Do you alternate when it's hot and cold out? We can even open this up to when you absolutely have to take your watch off--does it come off for bathing, or not? For keyboarding or not?

"I don't wear a watch" answer in 3...2...1...
I typically put my watch on relatively loose, but when I'm out and about, somehow, it gets tight enough to leave imprints in my wrist. I guess my blood pressure raises or something?
I generally like it on the loose side, but it should never be loose enough to flip over to the other side of the wrist on it's own!
