Where is the best place to go river surfing?

Lots of landlocked surfers are looking for stationary river waves to ride. Its not quite the same as being in the ocean but really fun and better than no surf at all.

I dont surf rivers i surf the ocean

east coast nj represent. must suck to be landlocked but this is real surfing.
