Putty steals Jerry's move and tries it on Elaine. George's mother gets an eye job. When Kramer drives her home from the hospital, she thinks he is making a move on her. George's father attacks Kramer for making a move on Estelle and falls on Fusilli Jerry. He ends up at a proctologist who is the real Assman. [show less]

The main plot (ha) is kramer taking dog medicine since he has a cough like a neighbors dog. Jerry finds out and starts treating kramer like a dog (c'mon boy, lets go for a ride) and kramer acts like a dog. Also, Elaine is told she has a big head from a boyfriend while he breaks up with her. Then she gets noticed later for having a big head (cabbie tells her to lower her head, bird flys into her head in the park..). Finally, Elaine confronts the ex-boyfriend and attacks him in the "Old Well" bar. A women comes into the street and tells Kramer to get help, a women with a "big head" is attaching a man. Kramer finds some cops, and while coughing, trys to tell them there is trouble at the Old Well, and the cops follow Kramer (i.e. Lassie barking for help and people understand him that Timmy is in the old well. ) [show less]
