The best feeds are the ones that combine other people's entries, usual in some type of moderated way.
Eg:

http://www.engadget.com/
From what I can tell, Articleswap is nothing more than a way to take other people's blog posts, wrap more ads around them, and get referral credit for linking to it. Please stop spamming us with this crap.
