Why do you generalize religion?

There are so many different religions, interpretations and directions within religions. From catholicism of the 15th century to satanism or quakers of the 70's. Why do you talk about them as if they were the same thing, when the spectrum is as broad as the spectrum of human behavior in general?

Your presupposition that "all religions are different" is true only on the surface and in non-essential issues; thus your conclusion would be faulty. On the other hand, all man-made (conceived) religions are the same and faulty is a true statement.
Consider this premise: "All religions, in general, are not the same â Biblical Christianity is absolutely unique among all the so-called religions and philosophies of mankind." The uncompromised teachings of Jesus Christ as Lord make the claim to be necessary and essential for eternal salvation (John 14.6). His teachings are based squarely on the uniquely powerful evidences for absolute truth and finality.
In fact, true Christianity, correctly understood, is not a religion, but is embodied in the unique person of Jesus Christ, Himself.
âBy Him, and for Him, were all things createdâ (note Colossians 1:16, 17).
Religions, in general, are man's various ideas on how to attain immortality, God, meaning and purpose for life. Christ's teachings contradict man's efforts and abilities to accomplish such an objective. God had to do for mankind what man was incapable of and unwilling to do for himself.
Thus, Biblical Christianity is unique in the following fundamental respects, among many others.

Fail. Sorry, thanks for playing. That link is full of unfounded assumptions and mysticism. Sorry, but Christianity is not "absolutely unique"; not by a long shot. Every individual aspect can be found in another religion. If you make the argument that the collection is unique, then so is the collection of individual concepts that makes up Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism. Sorry, but Christianity is just another religion claiming absolute truth. Just another group standing up and screaming "we're right, they're wrong".
