I like the Swag option.

Potential employer asked for my resume, I said "Better you, why not just look through my closet".. all the old work shirts for the companies that I've worked for over the years...
I think they should just be reset occasionally (monthly? bi-annually?). Then this page would actually mean something to the newbies... http://grupthink.com/grupies/
Concerning gaining Grupie points by people voting on your answers, comments, and questions:
I think it would be a good idea if when someone mods a person down they loose the same amount of grupie points.
That would show good/strong reason for moding someone down.
Otherwise you are walking the streets of London stabbing people with a blue knife, and no consequence.
Why should someone lose points for helping to improve the site?
Individual topics and comments are not THE site.
Yeah, because Grupthink would be *so* incredibly awesome without topics, answers, and comments.
