How long before you break your New Year's resolution?

Not to be confused with http://www.grupthink.com/topic/3440 or the dupe of that http://www.grupthink.com/topic/3526 , whether it's losing weight, giving up alcohol (God forbid), quitting smoking, or not swearing, etc, how long do you usually last before you inevitably cave in and revert back to your old habits?

I don't make resolutions, therfore I cannot break them. I tend to work on myself throughout the year, so why make a resolution at one specific time?

One month

I usually work out for about a month, then I pig out at a Super Bowl party, and never find my way back to the gym.......
